Behringer presents innovations at the EMO Hannover 2025
Investments that pay off – funding opportunities for energy-efficient technologies
EMO Hannover 2025 opens its doors from 22 to 26 September and will once again be the international showcase for innovations in metalworking. The companies of the Behringer Group will also be represented once again and will present their latest developments in the field of sawing technology at the world's leading trade fair. The focus will be on high-performance automatic band saws and circular saws that stand for maximum precision, efficiency and flexibility in production.
A real highlight at EMO 2025 is the HBM500SC high-performance band saw, which sets new standards in sawing technology. For example, it saws solid material from case-hardened steel with a diameter of 300 millimetres in under 2 minutes - an impressive value that underlines its uncompromising design for maximum performance. But speed is not everything: The HBM500SC also impresses with its exceptional flexibility and is suitable for a wide range of materials and applications. It is the first choice for companies that want to combine maximum productivity with versatility.
The HBE321A Dynamic impresses with its high energy efficiency and innovative AFC Pro technology, which automatically determines the optimum sawing parameters. This considerably simplifies operation - after a short briefing, any employee can start the sawing process.
Other exhibits include the mitre band saw HBE320-523G and the automatic table band saw LPS-TAwhich is ideal for sawing small panels and blocks.
Behringer Eisele is also setting standards in the field of circular saws. The HCS 150 E a powerful multifunctional device for the steel trade and predestined for large batch sizes and mass cutting. The mitre circular saws VMS 400 H, PSU 450 H and the vertical circular saw VMS 370 PV on the other hand, are designed for manual and semi-automatic applications - ideal for smaller metal construction companies and metalworking shops.
Investing now pays off - thanks to state subsidies
Now is a particularly attractive time to invest in modern sawing technology: government subsidy programmes are opening up new financial scope for small and medium-sized companies - especially for replacement investments. The energy-efficient sawing systems from the Behringer Group generally fulfil the requirements for a subsidy and therefore offer not only technological progress, but also economic advantages. Companies planning to modernise their production should take the opportunity to check which subsidies are available.
In cooperation with the experienced partner Energiebüro Jenninger, companies are competently and reliably supported in identifying suitable subsidy programmes and applying for the corresponding funds. In this way, investments in energy-efficient sawing technology can have a sustainable impact both economically and ecologically.
